Minutes of Board Meeting Monday, December 18, 2006 11:00 am A meeting of the Executive Board of this association was held at the office of Freeman Myre, 6800 79th Street, Suite 200, Niwot, CO 80503. Executive Board Members Present: Steve Meyers (CTC Industrial, LLC & CTC Office, LLC); Andrew Freeman and Gary Myre (FCF Properties, LLC) Executive Board Members absent: Dan Stiehr (D4J Enterprises, LLC) Others present: Carla Wilson, Property Manager (Cottonwood Property Services, LLC) Business Conducted: Review of the financials for 2006. A brief discussion was held regarding the website. Prepared the agenda for the annual owners meeting; set date, time and location of the meeting; reviewed and revised projected budget for 2007. Meeting was adjourned.
