The Colorado Technology Center is the home of several leading manufacturing
and high tech companies in Central Boulder County. The technology park is
ideally located in Louisville, Colorado. It is next to several major
highways providing easy access to Boulder, Denver, Longmont, DIA, and an
abundance of other nearby amenities.
The park offers a fantastic central location for companies looking to buy,
lease or rent commercial property to locate their corporate campus, research &
development operations, manufacturing operations or warehouse distribution
facilities to the Colorado Technology Center Owners Association.
Following the CTCOA Board of Director meeting on January 24, 2019, the Board
determined to send the letter found at (this

Outstanding amenities include:
- The CTC is minutes away from world class hotels, outstanding
golf courses and the Flatirons Crossing Shopping Mall.
- Summer and winter outdoor activities for you and your employees
are at close proximity. Colorado is a mecca for skiing, climbing,
hiking, kayaking, and biking.
- World class ski resorts, such as Vail, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge
are less than two hours away.
- The Colorado Tech Center is close to research facilities such

Ballots were mailed to Owners on April 2, 2019
regarding the proposed amendment to Article II, Section 2.1 which would
add the language in bold red italics as follows:
ARTICLE II
PERFORMANCE
STANDARDS AND PERMITTED USES
2.1 Performance Standards. No noxious,
illegal (except marijuana-related activities
authorized and regulated by City of Louisville and under legal Colorado
law), dangerous or offensive trade, services or activities
shall be conducted on any Building Site nor shall anything be done thereon
which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the Owners, tenants or
occupants of other Building Sites within the Property by reason of
unsightliness or the excessive emission of fumes, odors, glare, vibration,
gases, radiation, dust liquid waste, smoke or noise.
